Miserable Sunday

Today couldn't be more different to the lovely spring day we had yesterday ...

Grey, wet and grim!

I spent all morning and most of this afternoon marking speaking exams and adjusting and updating spreadsheets!

By the time I finished I felt fed - though my treasures are not doing too badly really - there was only one thing for it .... Apple pancakes!! Like my grandma taught me to make!

Much happier now :-)

Wonder if I get away with having them again on Tuesday .... ;-)
