Finally did something about the rammy under the sink and replaced the grotty chipboard with a new bit of wood. While I had the power tools out I sliced up some hazel poles in preparation for peg rail construction. Our neighbours called by to drop off some games they had downloaded then they headed off for the more old-fashioned pursuit of collecting spouts (razor fish -pronounced "spoots") for their tea.
