Is It a Sign?

Had good fun with this one this morning. Once again I was woken up by an obsessed blipper.( Elizabeth my 9 year old niece). This time I chose the shot,and she did the decorating.

Why I chose Tennis shoes is beyond me. I'm wondering if its some sort of message from my subconscience telling me to get off my butt and start exercising again. Who knows.

I don't think I'll be doing much today,my back is killing me.
