Happy....

This is a sight that always makes me happy.

For the last couple of years I've been swimming regularly on a Saturday or Sunday and I'm up to 30 lengths or so in session - which isn't bad considering I remember the days when 10 seemed impossible.

Lost a bit of 'drag' over the time and I quite like the 'phasing out' that happens after a few lengths....

However this towel on a hook waiting for me after my slog is always a welcome sight!
