A Weekend Away

...we left the children to their own devices, and took off for Boat of Garten.

Took Duchesse Blanche up over god knows how many mountain ranges...over Cairn O'Mount, then Cockbridge to Tomintoul and then the Lecht....she never missed a beat, bless her pensioner taxi heart!

Weather gorgeous today, after arriving we went for a very leisurely dawdle about the village and then retired to the bar.
