Substitute Blip

A picture of my tea as the photos I took at Sporty Boy's match today didn't come out well.

I haven't been to a Welton game in a long time because there is generally an air of overwhelming testosterone that I don't cope well with. And that's just the competitive dads, never mind the 15 year olds on the pitch.

Testosterone as far as the eye could see today, our team all look bigger and older tham the last time I went and yet still much younger and more innocent than the opposition, especially the one with the beard!

Louth Town unfortunately won 3-0 and Welton now need a miracle to stay up. At least there's a warm hearth and a hearty chicken dinner at Iron Towers this evening to make everything a little better.
