Day in the sun spent marshalling, running, eating ice creams and being grateful that spring is on it's way.

Was also the day that the girls finally had a go at Parkrun, we think there may have been some dubious behaviour on Lottie's part as we think she " accidentally " forgot to do the third lap

It reminded me of this article I read a few years ago.
