London day 4

Today was our last day in London.

We checked out of the hotel. Room pictured - basic but clean and all we needed considering we were hardly there.

Did the final route on the tourist bus with mum which took us past Kensington Palace and the Science Museum. Gillian and Abigail went to the Royal Mews, however mum and I have previously done this.

Had a browse in Fortnum and Mason which was good to see. Picked up a few souvenirs then headed to the train station.

I spotted this expensive binocular shop in the Burlington Arcade, so took a quick snap of it to send to Chris. Couldn't quite afford to buy him new binos!

Again we took full advantage of the perks of first class travel. It felt more like a night out than a long train journey!

What a great weekend we've had, but it's also lovely to get home to see the boys again.
