Contorted Hazel flower and catkin

Thanks to Blip I have noticed these tiny flowers for the first time. I have had this contorted Hazel in the garden for 20 years and never noticed these tiny but dramatic flowers but a few days ago someone else blipped the flowers and so I went out to check my shrub and sure enough there were these tiny vivid pink flowers that I have never noticed before. Thankyou Blip!
Don't know what has happened to Spring but it was a shite, cold, windy, grey day today. So we went to see the Matisse Picasso Dali Warhol prints at the Usher Gallery in Lincoln. An interesting little exhibition and the Dali French railway posters were fantastic!
