Mango Salsa ...........

Yummy scrumptious Fish Tacos with Sublime Mango Salsa......I could not decied whether to devour the mango as it was or to make a refreshing zingy salsa, so having concidered what else there was to go with it in stock !,as I did not want to have to make a trip out to the shop, I made up the salsa.....& it was simply devine...........
