Letter Of Complaint

Dear Sainsbury's,
I felt that I needed to write to you about the trolley I selected today. Whoever does the maintenance of them need to go on a training course as one of the wheels wouldn't go round - I couldn't check the other ones as they were under the sand.
I hope this never happens again.

A point of note being that this was on the beach in Bridlington & there isn't a Sainsbury's in town.
