Cake

After having cake at Gran's house yesterday, Kerr was desperate to make a cake at home.

We made Mary Berry's All in One Large Victoria Sandwich cake. First attempt at this recipe. It seems to have worked well, apart from being a bit well done around the edges. Our new oven cooks things rather unevenly and tends to be very hot. We are thinking of replacing it soon so hopefully no more burnt cakes and pizzas!
