Go Mr Sunshine

Today has been a very long day, up early for a long run and then a full day at work until half 7 tonight, before a drive over to Stafford to visit Laura's Mum & Dad and Sister and -of course- Baby E...although he was sleeping soundly when we got there.

After knackering myself out in the morning I decided that stuffing myself for lunch and then sitting in a sunny place in the staff room -hence the blip- was a good idea.

I felt soooo sleepy by the end of lunch.
