61/365 - Scientist in the making?!

I borrowed a microscope and some slides from a friend ages ago that got put in a drawer and forgotten about. Came across it today so set it up and got Megan to have a play with it. I was a bit taken aback about interested she became with it and she spent about an hour and half first looking at the slides (body parts of wasps and bees!) and then finding pretty much anything and everything from the house to stick underneath it! Hope she maintains the interest in things scientific... Who knows where it may lead to?! :)
