Wild Fire

We went for dinner at Wild Fire Brazilian restaurant.after finishing our starters the waiters come round offering a selection of meat off the spits.When you are ready for a break you turn up the red side of an indicator which they put on the table. After a break you turn up the green marker and off you go again with a choice of sausages,chicken ,chicken hearts, lamb, pork, beef ,salmon. You can also replenish the bowl of potatoes and salad. A great idea and a new experience for us.
