Scotty Dog

This is Scotty Dog.. he lives on top of a chest of draws in our sitting room.

He always reminds me of Mr M because Mr M bought him for me for a Christmas present not so long ago, while we were away one Christmas up in Scotland visiting family.

Scotty Dog is actually meant to be a door stop so he's quite heavy. He almost didn't make it home that Christmas as we got stopped at security in the airport on the way back from Scotland and Scotty Dog was subjected to some rather rigorous and undignified frisking for drugs. Security were convinced that I was using Scotty to transport illicit substances. We narrowly avoided him being cut open for a closer look at what was making him so heavy..

Anyway, Security finally relented and let a rather harrassed me and Scotty through, and now he sits happily on top of the draws watching telly.

..and the reason I blipped him today? Mr M is away so it's nice to have Scotty Dog to remind me of him :-)
