Mono Monday ~ Food.

Mr. Hobbs has set the bar just a little higher for the Mono Monday Challenge this week by specifying a theme, this week being ~ Food!

Daughter Emma and I have had a regular Saturday baking day of late and this weekend just gone we had a bag of beautifully delicious passion fruits from my mother-in-law's vine....yum! Hers are not the usual purple/black skinned passion fruits though, they are a pale yellow/green coloured skin, and super tasty.

Emma made a passion fruit slice and I made some passion fruit curd, so with the food challenge today, guess what I had for lunch? ;)
