hail, hail, hail

After being away all last week it was a day in the office for me but I did sneak out to take a landscape shot of our deck .......... covered in hail stones!! Several hails storms drifted over us throughout the day, so I wasn't really tempted to go anywhere other than the office.

A very cold gusty wind is now whistling past and snow is predicted for Christchurch overnight ........... and this is only the third day of autumn!!!
