MONOMONDAY:Food

Hobbs is hosting Mono Monday and has added a twist: food! :)

This is quite an unusual vegetable called a bitter melon (Momordica charantia) and it does make a delicious stir fried dish.

Normally you would discard the seeds but when I started slicing it I realised there were all these little faces in the slices which appealed to me!
