Gale force

We do get into some scrapes, don't we?

It is called the Tramontane, which the prevailing west wind tha blows across from Toulouse and sometimes it does get up to gale force. You get used to it after a while although it does play havoc with the golf.

It was just sheer bad luck that on this particular day it blew our gate shut just as K was leaving the drive. Of course, it was me that hadn't secured the gate properly in the first place, so it was my fault really.

The gate was damaged and is currently in a state of repair. Luckily the car only suffered superficial damage, as did the driver !
