They went for a swim, his physical therapist and Bram. For 15 years we have been using a floating collar, because we thought and they said he won't understand and it's bad for his lungs.
The man in the water is telling him here that he should keep his mouth closed when going into the water with his chin. Believe it or not, it worked, he listened and he didn't drown, Bram was floating!!
