Hopetoun House

Hopetoun House is an 18th century stately home situated in South Queensferry on the outskirts of Edinburgh. Tonight, under the crystal chandeliers in the Adam Ballroom, I attended the Stellar Awards Evening to celebrate the success of West Lothian school pupils' efforts and commitment to excellence. One of the categories was Team of the Year and the winning team, from one of the local high schools, was supported to complete an enterprise project by one of our college lecturers. Yee-ha! Delighted with the lads' success and the college's input to this.
