Oor Wullie selfie..

I've tried for a selfie, but it seems to have aged me by years…at least in terms of how I feel.

This is the TShirt that has arrived for the KiltWalk I am having a go at in April. As it is sponsored by The Sunday Post it features their "Oor Wullie".

It is many years since I bought a Sunday Post, but I admit as a youngster to reading Oor Wullie and The Broons every Sunday.

However in recent years I have often quoted my friend Tom Nairn when echoing the original quotation from Didero claimed that Scotland will be saved "when the last minister is strangled with the last copy of the Sunday Post".
