Waves
11.0C with bright sunny spells and a light breeze.
Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk after lunch. The bridle path was very muddy today. When we got down to the beach the waves were breaking over the rocks and rushing up the beach.
We walked along the grass at the back of the beach to the fishermen's huts and further along we could see the waves just starting to reach the creel storage structure belonging to the owner of Shamara II.
I have checked since I got home and it was still two hours to high tide when I took this shot from the grass by the car park at Westhaven. I expect the sea would have covered the whole beach at its highest today.
