Can't catch me!

Cat up the tree - bird sitting out of reach, it sat there for a while looking at the cat obviously thinking 'ha ha you can't catch me!'
notice the bird has bits in its mouth, for a nest i presume.
later another bird came and sat on a branch on the opposite side of the tree - cat totally confused, saw me and started to complain it didn't know how to get down again.
it did though.
