Great new toaster... Not

My old toaster died. I ordered a new one online and it was due to be delivered on Friday. It only arrived today. And it's not working... The "down" button won't stay down. For it to toast, I have to hold it down myself. Now, the struggle begins tor eturn it. Pfffffffff.
