Yorkie

An extended Darke family trip out to York today. It started off with a crowded train journey, shortly followed by a hearty pub lunch consisting of a delicious crab and salmon lasagne (for me anyways...) We then headed across the city to The Chocolate Story tour which consisted of a couple of hours of tasting chocolate, making chocolate treats and learning all about clothe chocolate making process in York, and in general. It was really impressive and well worth the trip. We then meanders around a few of the shops in the Shambles and finally got the train back to hull around teatime. I very tiring but enjoyable day. It's a shame Boo couldn't come too, as she's have loved it too. I did ask, but I'm still awaiting her reply....
