Calm Down x

Busy stressful day.... I sometimes wonder how I manage to get things done in a day.... but I do. .. and one day in yrs to come I will miss being as busy as I am.... but until then I have made calming down bottles for my middle two boys x
Shake then up then sit and wait for the glitter to settle x
