Moonlight

Had the day off work and enjoyed a well earned lie in. Went and bought myself a proper pair of running trainers. I was running in a pair of Nike free runs but they had started to hurt my ankles and instep so went and got properly fitted with a custom insole as I tend to role my feet inwards.

On my way to Js in Epping this evening and the light was beautiful. Like how my headlights have highlighted the road.
