Grief

We've had the worst week ever. My dear little boy Makkonen became an angel today.

Only last weekend I noticed that everything wasn't fine, he was losing weight and had a strange swollen stomach. We went to see a vet, and the diagnosis was overwhelming. He has FIP, an incurable and fast progressing infection. He became weaker and weaker this week and I decided it was best for him to get away.

Luckily FIP is not infectious, so I don't have to worry about my other cats.

Now it's just three cats and me.
