Up, up and away

What began as a beautiful sunny morning had changed to a very wet and miserable afternoon in Stranraer. Kind of reflected out first game. We were two shots up after the first end, but had obviously peaked too soon and were absolutely thrashed 11-2.
We did have an excellent lunch though and then went out for some fresh air. The afternoon's match was much closer - we were only beaten 8-5, winning 3 ends, which was progress! Nonetheless we had a great weekend.
