Mono-marmalade

The fortnightly session with the school children coincided with a big haul of surplus Seville oranges so we put the two together and got the kids shredding.
On the left is one of our two new trainees that the cafe has been funded to employ, a special scheme to provide job opportunities for under-25s. Through the door some of the other children are tackling an onion mountain destined for pickles.
