This was a desperation blip before I rushed out of the door for the second part of my work day. You get those too, right?

Today I covered a huge bat mitzvah, thus the desperation Blip. I thoroughly enjoy this work which really brings together everything I love, i.e. variety. Fine art portraiture from the on location shoot before the event, intimate groups of friends and families, capturing a pristine room under the gaze of the staff who have put it all together, the service, the candids afterwards with the relief on the mitzvah's face, and the evening event itself where I'm immersed in a sea of kids on the cusp of being teenagers. I can't get "Feels like coming of age" from my head as I type this and hey, there it is on Absolute Radio playing away. Coincidence.
