Choc

An attempt to make a birthday cake for someone with a great love of white chocolate went somewhat wrong today. This image shows the halcyon, prelapsarian state pre-cooking, while the chocolate was still solid and corralled by paper. It was the unruly white chocolate layer that caused the slight hiatus, as it didn't set and so, on removal from the cake tin, oozed all over the kitchen.
