Hanging up the help

I went to the doctor today for my 6 week check up on my leg. He told me the holiday was over, I needed to get the brace off, hang it up and start working the now withered limb!

I was quite nervous about "going naked" as it's supported me literally for the last 6 weeks. I was also quite daunted by the recovery process going forward and it sort of hit home for me today. It's going to be a long process with a lot of painful exercises but at least I now have something to work on rather than just sitting on my arse.
