Early blip today as I have a meeting this morning and one this afternoon in Lancaster. Walked along the Prom this morning to continue exercise regime. Quiet but nice and opportunity to reflect on yesterday's session in Preston.

Sun trying to peer through the clouds and promise of more sun later. Yay.
