Semlor

Today everyone in Sweden eats semlor to celebrate the beginning of Lent. Delicious fluffy buns filled with marsipan and whipped cream. Some people eat them in a bowl of warm milk, others (like myself) just eat them as they are.

Not quite as much fun as pancake day in the UK - no races or tossing them around - but nice to eat!
