Recipe book day meets pancake day

I love pancakes but Phil doesn't really well certainly not the classic lemon and sugar. I thought I would try a savoury recipe. I remembered a recipe I made from Nigella's Kitchen book. It is Mexican Lasagne it is meant to be made with tortillas but I thought I would try it with pancakes instead. I even put some chili powder in them to give them a kick.
