Parking

One thing that really puzzles me is illegal parking in front of sports arenas. People come to exercise but can't walk 20 meters from a legal parking place. There's also a good chance of that vehicle being MB, BMW or Audi. And it was not like he was just dropping by. HAZ-824 was there at least an hour.
