Choc chip cookies

Today the dogs and I went for an early walk in the sunshine as some friends were coming for coffee. I had made these cookies and one of my friends carried them in putting them on a low coffee table.
Well Millie thought it was her lucky day, the biscuits were within reach and she grabbed a few off the plate. It happened faster than we could react so she gobbled them up. Meanwhile George was feeling very hard done by as he hadn't got any, and spent the rest of the morning with his head on my knee, looking from me to the biscuits and back to me again.
