Eagerly awaiting the arrival of the tosser!

We missed pancake day last year as we were on holiday. The closest we got was a crepe in Paris three days too late so I have made sure we make the most of it this year. Opted for the American pancake recipe this year, well I have burnt of 1000 calories in the last two days in preparation.
