Pancake day on the beach:-)

Day off today:-)Went for a 40 mile bike ride this morning with my mate!!Longest ride of the year so far!!The best word to describe how i felt is Megasaurus!!!We did have a very nice coffee and blueberry muffin in cafe Nero's at Ringwood:-)Went for a really nice walk along the beach this afty:-)Twas beautiful:-)The beach looks as flat as a pancake:-)I had 5 tonight:-)Yay!!Hope everyone had pancake joy!! I am getting good at tossing:-)
