i won't bore you with the ikea shelving unit debacle of last night.

highlight of today was a very long walk along the beach, just sam and i, and it was beautiful and made me wish i'd taken my camera. 2nd highlight was doing a backwards somersault on jill's trampoline, although the kids weren't much impressed. 3rd highlight was pancakes. mm-mmm.
