Mare Crisium

Today was pancake day and I worked from home so I could treat the family to some shrove tuesday delights. I'm not sure how well they were received by the boys but the adults enjoyed them. Fillings included, sugar and lemon, dulce de leche, squirty cream and maple surup. The latter being my favourite. A fine celebration and a contract extension to boot.
