Spin!

Tuesday nights consist of a couple of things..

Firstly my mate Derek takes myself our eldest kids and a couple of others thru to the metropolis that is Linlithgow.

Secondly we drop the kids of at their rehearsals for the production of the Wizard of Oz that they will be performing in.

Third.. Derek and I head of to do a spin (or RPM class) at the nearby leisure centre. ....and this is a pic of the bike at the end of the session
