Making coleslaw
For a simple and quick dressing, start with equal parts of mayonnaise and Greek yogurt. Splash in some apple cider vinegar. Add a pinch of sugar. A spoonful of prepared mustard. Some salt and pepper. Taste, then add whatever else you think it needs. (I sprinkled in some onion powder.) Mix well and be sure you're happy with it before adding your shredded cabbage.
