Sprengidagur

Today is what we call in Iceland "sprengidagur" which means you are supposed to eat till you burst. In english I heard it's called Shrove Tuesday or Pancake Tuesday.

So I got invited to dinner at my aunt's house for some traditional icelandic salted meat and peas for the occation and had a lovely evening with my relatives.
