What a tosser!

It being pancake day, I couldn't miss the opportunity to blip something a bit different.

Fortunately, with a little careful timing and a lot of luck, my Mum was able to flip the pancake just right for the shot. It tasted great too!

I also had a go - one pancake ended up draped over the oven door handle and was very nearly photographed, but I was rather quick in moving the evidence :D

Very little done processing wise, besides slight adjustment in Photoshop to improve the contrast, then a crop in Lightroom.
