Turns out it's next week - after driving over there; someone marked the wrong day on the calender. Still, got one free meal at Denny's; picked up extra dog food and checked at Ford about the cost of replacing a broken tail light (don't ask). Just a cosmetic , I thought, replacement of the clear plastic bit covering the light; I thought wrong. $180 plus labour/labor to replace the whole light unit ....
