Derwentwater from the marina

After the wonderful blipmeet at the NEC yesterday, I started the day with a somewhat more peaceful visit to Derwentwater where, due to the heavy rains of late, the water levels were pretty high.

Instead of doing the usual "early morning calm water with boats moored" type of shot, I liked the fact that the water has got high enough to isolate this jetty completely.
